There are two kinds of people: those who are loved, and those who love.
Unsuccessful singer LEAH BECKER (35) has spent her whole life belonging to the latter category. Even after the end of her long-term relationship with BEN (35), she stumbles from one rebound fling to the next—reading her desperate longing for love into every brief spark.

An app course that promises to help users switch love categories becomes her lifeline. With strict contact rules and conquest tasks for men, Leah learns step by step how a true dream woman makes a man – who’s emotionally pulling away – fall back in love with her. Fueled by her romantic app success, Leah even makes professional progress and is invited to appear on a TV talent show. Her breakthrough and true love finally seem within reach…

…until her flimsy house of cards collapses. It turns out love isn’t quite so simple after all. Leah has to lose everything to learn how to let go of the burnt-out sparklers. With the help of her family, she manages to make peace with herself and understands that the most important love is self-love.
